8. Course Assessment Criteria and Plan

8.1. Student Assessment Types

Yangi nazorat turini qo'shish

Для оценки знаний студентов по данному предмету используются следующие виды контроля: Current Assessment (CA), Midterm Exam (ME), Final Exam (FE).

Current Assessment (CA). This type of assessment is accumulated throughout the semester and consists of the following components::

- Workshop. The studentʼs activity during classes and their responses to the questions asked are continuously evaluated.;

- Project Work.. Based on the nature of the subject, the student—individually or in mini-groups—presents the assigned task in the form of a presentation/media product/written paper/visual material. Group members (team) collectively complete the assignment given by the instructor. The total score assigned to the group is recorded as individual scores for each student.;

- Assignments/Tasks.. Each student individually completes the tasks given by the instructor: writing summaries, drawing diagrams, writing vocabulary lists, etc., based on the sample provided beforehand.;

- Attendance.. Evaluated based on the studentʼs participation rate in classroom activities..

Midterm Exam (ME). This type of assessment is conducted on the scheduled day of the 10th week of the semester. The course instructor informs students about the format and procedure of the midterm exam during the first lessons of the course module..

Final Exam (FE). After the completion of the module, the final exam is held orally during the final examination week..

  • fanning moxiyati va mazmunini toʻliq yorita olsa;
  • fandagi mavzularni bayon qilishda ilmiylik va mantiqiylik saqlanib, ilmiy xatolik va chalkashliklarga yoʻl qoʻymasa;
